REFUND, DEFFERAL AND DELIVERY POLICIES
Refund Policy:
Delegates may cancel their registration up to five (5) business days prior to the commencement of a program to receive a refund.
The administrative fee is non-refundable.
50% deposits are non-refundable.
Wire transfer fees will be deducted from any refundable amount.
Registrations made as part of a bundle (three or more participants receiving a discount) are eligible for a credit toward a future program, rather than a cash refund.
Defferal Policy:
Delegates are permitted to defer their registration once without penalty.
Any subsequent deferral will incur a re-registration fee of USD $500.00.
- Refunds are not granted after a registration has been deferred.
Delivery Policy:
- Programs are delivered online and in-person when requested. Open programs are a standard online.
