The Chartered Director Program consists of 6 on-line modules of approximately 3.5 hours in duration, each delivered live, with interactive presentations from global governance experts.
The Chartered Director Program covers a wide range of topics related to governance, including strategy development, risk management, financial management, and leadership skills training. The program is intended to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the role of directors and the importance of effective governance in organizations.
CGTI’s Chartered Director Program involves a combination of live instruction, case studies, and interactive discussions on board of directors governance and strategy. Participants are also required to complete a final examination to demonstrate their mastery of the program’s content.
Upon completion of the program, individuals are awarded the title of a Chartered Director “C.Dir.”, which is a internationally recognized professional designation in the field of governance.
