REFUND AND DELIVERY POLICIES

Refund Policy:

Delegates have 5 business days before the commencement of a program to cancel registration without a discount, to receive a refund.

• Administrative fee is non-refundable
• 50% deposits are non-refundable
• Wire transfer fees will be deducted from refundable amount

Registrations in a bundle; 3 or more receiving a discount are subject to a credit for a future program.

Delivery Policy:

Programs are delivered online and in-person when requested.
